Making Decisions
Every choice you make in your life is driven by something. Some people make decisions at a real base level of survival and security. Others consider how they want to feel. What motivates your choices? Look at the hierarchy.
When making decisions, take a "litmus logic test."
Empty your thinking on a piece of paper, and ask yourself these four questions:
1) Is it factual?
2) Is it in your best interest?
3) Does it protect and prolong your life?
4) Does it get you what you want?
If your decision fails any of these four criteria, you need to choose something else.
