when you have to wait.


As you go through your day today you will confront many times when you have to wait. Maybe that will be at the post office, on the phone, for your child to get dressed, or for your hot water to boil. Whatever it is, this can be a source of frustration or uncomfortable anticipation. Today, see this waiting-time as a space in your life where you can do anything you want. How about coming to your breath, or taking it as a mini-meditation moment? Try to re-frame "waiting" as a time to practice mindfulness, giving yourself a greater chance to experience The Now Effect in your life.
