For some, who like to continue to exist in their own comfort zone, they work just fine. For others they are the cause for extreme frustration and conflict. For the troublemakers, the boat rockers, non-team players, can’t get along with others, defiant of authority, free thinkers, questioners, and disgruntled employee it’s rejection of these cliches that is our inspiration.
