judge not fear not resist not

Judge Not. Negative judgment allows you to push away people, experiences, and yourself. Even categorizing something as good separates you from living fully since if everything can be judged as “good” in the moment, it means “bad” lurks just around the corner. A reality charged with evaluations can interfere with your forward momentum if you become focused on how to preserve the good and avoid the bad rather than living experiences as they come. So how do you move from judgment to acceptance without falling into the trap of judging your judging? See if you can get your head around the idea nothing requires a label of good or bad, even judging. It is what it is, no more or less. Less charge on something means less struggle and easier release. Fear Not. Fear projects you into a non-existent future. To quickly arrest fear, tune into now. Still breathing? Have enough food? What about a place to sleep? Your thoughts create most of your fear and you decide whether to believe your thoughts or not. Trust your inhale and exhale more than your thoughts. Resist Not. Without judgment or fear, what is there to resist? Surrender lets you off the hook. You didn’t create this universe nor do you maintain it, somehow it just keeps running regardless of what you do or don’t do. You don’t have to flail around fighting reality.
