To Start, Get Sleep enough, eat well, and exercise, even if it’s just a brisk twenty minute walk
once a day.Back to Basics!
1) Decide what’s most important to you , and schedule your time based on that
2) Educate yourself on what aspects in life are most likely to create health and
happiness for you, and make them an essential part of your schedule
If you don’t take time to take care of yourself, how well are you going to be able to
help others? And how will you possibly have the health and energy to achieve your
own dreams?
When you decide to meet people where
they are, focus on minimizing the negative impact of the more difficult
aspects of their personalities, and do your best to be kind to them (while
simultaneously respecting your own needs and boundaries), you’ll
typically see miracles happen all around you. Often, the “problem” person
starts treating you differently, in ways you hadn’t believed to be possible!
So, if all else fails: leave them alone, love them, and focus on tending your
own garden. It works.
Once you commit to seeing life this way (and continual remind yourself of this
fundamental truth), the scary times and the difficult times will never feel the same
again, or have the same power over you.
It’s never too late – and what better day to begin, than today
