Here are 3 ways to tell the differences:
Any statement starting with can’t, won’t, shouldn’t or couldn’t.
Any statement starting with never, always or every time.
Any negative generalization, judgement or assumption.
If your boundaries contain any of the above then you’ve set up barriers that limit your options. Even though these statements may be based in some long forgotten negative experience, just the fact of repeating them in any of the 3 forms I’ve described, will make them into false truths.
