Ask yourself now and throughout the day: "Where am I starting this moment from?" Consider how you want to be today, with the people you work with or your family, friends or kids at home. If it's just yourself, what would you like today to look like? Asking yourself the question, "Where am I starting from?" can be an invaluable way to pause and redirect your attention to what really matters.
